Procrastination!!!

I have a HUGE problem with procrastination. I begin things with all good intentions. I usually have a plan and an outline in my head...it's the executing part that I have the problem with. I have read that procrastination is tied to perfectionism. I TOTALLY agree with that. I must say I obsess so badly over making sure things are "just right", so I usually avoid getting started. I also think that the fact that I over-commit myself adds to this problem. I am learning how to say NO, but I don't say it nearly enough. Sigh........I guess I will keep working in it!
