Artists at Work

The girls were so excited to paint their very own Mexican pottery. There was a lady with a little stand right at the resort. The kids were able to pick what they wanted, paint it, then she would paint the black lines all over it and glaze it. Madison painted a bank and Meggy painted a vase for my office. They both did a really nice job. I napped in the hammock right by the booth while they painted! Oh what fun. I think this was the perfect souvenir of our trip. I already have the vase in my office and Maddy has her bank filled with the peso's she brought home!
