Hansel and Gretal

Monday all three kids tried out for the Missoula Children's Theater production of Hansel and Gretal. They all made the cut. Mason will have his stage debut as a "Wallybird" and the girls have been cast as "Nasties". They are all really excited. They will be practicing all week in the evenings and the performance will be on Saturday. They have one at 3:00 and another at 7:30. It is held at the Midvale Performing Arts Center if anyone is interested in attending. It is fun to see them so excited to perform.

Hansel and Gretel was WONDERFUL. I attended and enjoyed the practices and the performance was AMAZING!! I can't believe what MCT can do with 60 children in 6 short days. Mason's first performance as a Wallybird was so cute! He ate the crumbs and flew around the stage like a pro. Meggie and Maddie were the most "beautiful" nasties. There is just no way to hide those blond, blue-eyed beauties. Their "hair" was positively awful and their growls and groans very scary!! I know they had such fun. They're getting quite a performing resume, those little actors. Sally, post pictures. People must see them. Love, Mom
